Jonbull FINANCIALCLUB hereinafter, refered to as the ‘Club’ is an internet based investment Club.

The Club is not a co-operative society, a contributory plan nor a ponzi scheme.

Club Members are selected from across the country with Membership cutting across different social strata.

As a Club Member, you have agreed to abide by the rules and regulations governing the Club and the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

The Club neither warrants nor guarantee a particular return on investment (ROI) but will keep pace with the average return of the All Share Index (ASI) of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).

Past performance is never an indication of future performance. The Club allows a 90 day grace period for any redemptions and certain charges will apply for those who which to cancel their subscription on short notice.

Funds deposited with the Club before the expiration of the first week of any month will partake in the sharing of profits if any, for that month.

The Club is not a bank or affiliated to any therefore, has no control on the timing between when your funds are deposited with our bankers and when our accounts are credited accordingly with the amount deposited.

A statement of accounts of the Club will be posted on demand to any member who so wish to recieve such on sending a duly stamped self addressed envelope to the club head quarters in Nnewi Anambra State.

All formal communications with the Club must be written and communicated via electronic mail.

All Club units are subscribed on an on-going basis and has no closing date whatsoever.

Existing Members can subscribe to Units of the Club at its current price. Any adjustements will be communicated as the need arises.

Redemption proceeds are lodged into Subscriber’s account and with the Subscriber’s consent which must be sought for in written form.

Members may not pool funds or create investment groups outside the Club. This is considered a serious breach and may result in the termination of Membership.

If at anytime, one wishes to cease to be a Member of the Club, such Member’s units will be redemed and all procceds returned.
